The Japanese hold this in the word Kaizen - constant, gradual improvement of everything we do. This also leads us to experiment with new technologies and share our experiences. To aid us in this, we encourage our staff to spend 10% of their time working on self-directed research.

Environmental Responsibility

We believe that we have a responsibility to our planet, and seek to minimise our impact on it. We use hybrid cars and only print when we have to. We also encourage our staff to spend 3 days per year fully paid on environmental volunteer work.
