TEIQ provided initial consultancy in using a CRM system, and provided a hosted SugarCRM solution. This included category customisation specific to the biotechnology sector, and allowed SugarCRM to be used to fit within their existing business process.

Development Resourcing (Java, Perl, Oracle PL/SQL)

TEIQ provides services to TelstraClear for development resourcing, in Perl, Oracle (PL/SQL) and Java. This has included customer self-service applications, internal administrative applications, migrations of custom code to interface with Oracle 10g, and data syncronisation applications between disparate systems.

Sun Directory Server Architecture and Email Migration

TEIQ was a partner to Sun for one of TelstraClear's major ISP infrastructure project, upgrading the mail platform to Sun Communications Suite (see a writeup here) and using Suns new T1000/T2000 server range with Solaris 10. TEIQ services included Sun Directory Server (LDAP) architecture, implementation and support services, as well as migration tool customisation and running the migration of approx 400,000 ISP customers. 

Design/Joomla CMS

TEIQ provided full design and implementation services for AIC's migration from their old static site to a fresh new look, based on Joomla CMS . We also provided hosting and migration services, capturing all their old content and putting it into the new site.

This project was challenging due to the sign-off process requiring input from the parent organisation in Japan, but TEIQ managed the entire process through to a successful result.
