Developer Improvement

Our developer improvement programme is tailored to help a company improve their development team using best practices in source code management, tools and processes. This programme is customised to your development team - a TEIQ consultant will come on site and work with your team, discovering their existing practices and organisational constraints, then provide custom training focussed on the areas of improvement within your team. Over the following 2 months, the consultant will come back weekly in a mentoring role, to review implementation of training material, break down any roadblocks that have been encountered, and ensure that the programme has made a significant improvement in development team productivity.
