Cloud computing is where scalable and often virtualized resources, such as data storage and web hosting services, are dynamically provided as a service over the Internet. We'll go into what cloud computing means in all it's forms, and general jargon busting.

SugarCRM is a web based customer relationship management system that provides a simple and intuitive application to manage sales and service. We'll go over what CRM is, how it helps a business, and how SugarCRM can help small businesses grow sales through customer management.

Google Apps

Google Apps provides web based tools for email, calendaring, documents and spreadsheets, to minimise cost of maintaining all these applications. We'll go over how to get started, how to use it, and benefits to small businesses.

Twitter

Twitter is a micro-blogging tool. Learn about the new social networking phenomenon, Twitter, and how it can be used in the business context.
