TEIQ hooks into SugarCRM as partner
30 March, 2009 -- TEIQ today announced it has become an authorised partner of SugarCRM's commercial open source CRM platform.
TEIQ develops web, mobile and integration solutions, and has been an informal partner of SugarCRM for several years. TEIQ provides SugarCRM implementation and consultancy, including customer migration, customisation, integration and local hosting for the SugarCRM platform. Recent changes to the SugarCRM partnership model, and to local market desires, has encouraged TEIQ to upgrade the partnership to become a Bronze partner.
“The SugarCRM partnership program will help us enhance the value we can bring to small-medium enterprises by implementing SugarCRM" said James Beamish-White, Managing Director of TEIQ.
SugarCRM brings simple and easy to use tools to organisations, for providing a single view of customer interactions across sales, marketing and support with in-depth reporting and collaboration tools. SugarCRM is consistently recognised for delivering easy-to-use, feature-rich applications at an attractive price point. Perhaps best of all, it can be hosted by either SugarCRM (U.S. based) or TEIQ locally, so there's no hardware or software to download, install or maintain. If you want it installed on site, that's an option too, with full installation services offered by TEIQ - it's up to the customer.
"Interest in SugarCRM is growing fast in the local market, and we now have some decent projects delivered. Having both an open source option and commercially supported versions with additional functionality, gives a low initial investment with enterprise grade CRM capability. Closer ties to SugarCRM makes perfect sense." says James Beamish-White.
“We are very pleased to work with TEIQ,” said Doug Erickson, Director AsiaPac of SugarCRM. “They bring both CRM and business expertise together to make a winning partner.”
TEIQ is the only partner of SugarCRM in New Zealand, and TEIQ's SugarCRM customers include Ecodecking (http://www.ecodecking.co.nz/) and Quipa (http://www.quipa.net/).
